Shipping policy

As a small business, we greatly appreciate your patience! We are working diligently to get your order to you in a timely manner. We could not do this without you and appreciate your support! 

 

What is the processing order time frame?

  • All orders will be processed within 10-14 business days. Most of the time, we are able to process orders before the 14-business day window, but if we are experiencing higher-than-usual order volumes, we ask that you give us at least 10-14 business days to process your item.
  • Please Note: All items that are pre- ordered will take up to 14-21 business days to ship.

Shipping time frame?

  • Estimated shipping times should be calculated from the time the order is shipped out, not when the ordered was placed. Processing times are from the time the order is placed until it is shipped out by the carrier. I Declare Co. & Wellness cannot guarantee delivery dates once the item(s) are picked up by the carrier, at that point the packages are not within our control. Once an order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking confirmation 24- 48 hours afterwards and will be able to check the status of your order.

Free shipping

  • If you select FREE SHIPPING, we will use the most cost-effective shipping method to deliver your product. In most scenarios, this is done using USPS First Class Mail, which, depending on the location, might take a week or more to reach. When ordering holiday or special orders, do bear this in mind. International orders are not eligible for any free shipping options, which are only applicable on US standard delivery for the contiguous US (excluding islands, AK, and HI). FedEx is a recommended shipping method.

Order delays, Lost, Stolen, or Damage Goods

  • Please understand that shipping delays may occur for a variety of reasons. In the event that shipping delays present, please be aware that it may reduce transit speed. During the holiday season are shipping partners experience very high volumes of orders and I Declare Co. & Wellness no longer has control once your item is picked up by the carrier. I Declare Co. & Wellness will not be held responsible for any delays that may happen during this period of time.
  • A large number of pre-ordered products might also contribute to delays.
  • Items that are misplaced, stolen, or damaged in transit are not the responsibility of I Declare Co. & Wellness
